Warranty Information Dayva Protective Covers have a one (1) year limited warranty. Dayva warrants our protective covers of manufacturers defects, visible at time of purchase. The warranty also covers the material against cracking or disintegrating for a period of one (1) year from date of retail sale.

We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." I was excited about this product at first because it was the only umbrella cover I could find that came with a rod. After 3 or 4 uses though, the zipper pulled apart and I could not fix it. [...]they immediately mailed me a replacement cover. It is so nice to have a company that stands by their product and puts the customer first. So far the zipper on this cover is holding up and I am pleased with the product. They should work on improving the design of the rod though. It is quite flimsy.
